I like to advise my clients to speak with a mortgage broker at this point and to receive a pre-approval, which will help you budget and show sellers you are serious.
Now to the fun part – the search! We’ll use the criteria from the previous step to look for homes that fit your lifestyle, budget, and desired location. I will coordinate viewings and help you determine if the house is a good fit.
Found something you love? I’ll help you draft an attractive offer, by guiding you through the purchase price, terms, conditions, and walk you through all the paperwork.
Once your offer is accepted we will do our due diligence such as inspection and any other pertaining items that will make you more confident about your decision.
Your lender will require an appraisal – and if any issues arise, I can help you navigate the next steps.
Before we close, we’ll take a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in order. If there are any issues, I will handle them on your behalf.
Help you with all the logistics and provide a customized checklist to ensure everything is in order such as home insurance, utilities are set up, and scheduling of the movers. We will be there every step of the way.
